The Reed Hotel complex is located right at the heart of New Administration Center of Ninh Binh Province. The Complex includes 12 storey hotel with 151 rooms; The Aria 3 storey Ballroom blocks includes two 700 seats wedding restaurants and other specialty restaurants, cafeteria below; and the 4 storey lotus flower gallery blossom at the middle of the lake.
